Dains are recruiting a CCH Systems Administrator to join our IT team and support the business with all aspects of support. You will be the primary interface between Dains and Wolters Kluwer, helping to support users with all CCH needs, queries, updates, and data migration projects. 

As CCH Systems Administrator, you will be involved in answering all CCH queries and delivering CCH training sessions where required. You will be working across the growing business and helping all members of staff with their day-to-day understanding and needs surrounding CCH.

Responsibilities

  • Managing CCH on a day-to-day basis
  • Answering user questions and resolve problems
  • Support project work by adding, deleting, and updating staff moves
  • Become the primary interface between Dains and Wolters Kluwer for CCH issues
  • Own and maintain all CCH-related documentation
  • Drive/ support regular tuning activities
  • Deliver CCH training where required to staff members
  • Work with finance to ensure “no surprises” in licence costs
  • Run monthly CCH performance and capacity reports and interlink with monthly IT reporting
  • Research CCH-based efficiency improvements such as workflows, OneClick portal use etc
  • Undertake CCH training needed to deliver the appropriate responsibilities

  • Have strong attention to detail
  • To be approachable to all staff members
  • Have professional and articulate communication skills
  • Some knowledge on PowerBI would be useful, but not essential
