We are expanding across our Corporate Finance team. Are you an experienced professional within Corporate Finance looking for a fresh start within a forward thinking, innovative firm, this could be your ideal new role?





We are looking for a Corporate Finance Director, or Manager, looking for their next step to join our rapidly expanding team. This exciting new role provides opportunities to expand your experience within Corporate Finance - you will be working on assignments for several corporate acquirers and funders, who are well known within the Midlands.





You will have the opportunity to develop your career further by working directly with the Corporate Finance Partner and wider business.





Responsibilities






  • Be the main point of contact for clients and corporate finance team members  




  • Contribute technical expertise in lead advisory and provide a value service to all clients




  • Project management, including planning, execution, assignment management and progression




  • Act as the ‘go to’ person for the client and discuss all technical aspects of the assignment




  • Be involved in negotiations, fee discussions and complex decisions




  • Be the principal point of contact for the Partner on an assignment and ensuring the Partner is kept informed throughout the assignment, as well as updating other members of staff involved




  • Be responsible for allocating staff to assignments and monitoring their progress




  • Keep up with and provide new ideas and stay up to date on new developments




  • Attract the best talent for the department and firm




  • Spending time on strategic, technical work and thinking about its impact on both the department and the clients





Attributes






  • Have significant, previous experience in Corporate Finance




  • ACA/ACCA qualified




  • Team management and leadership skills




  • Be able to manage the department’s internal control standards




  • Understand and comply with standards and procedures laid down by legislation, the department, and the firm




  • Excellent, time management and workload planning
