We are looking for an individual with extensive experience in Corporate Finance, to join our rapidly expanding team. This exciting new role provides opportunities to expand your experience within Corporate Finance - you will be working on assignments for several corporate acquirers and funders, who are well-known within the Midlands.

You will have the opportunity to develop your career further by working directly with the CF Partner and/or Director. The current team will provide a great platform for development and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Frequently be the principal staff member for the client





• Be responsible for the on-site team





• Keeping the client informed of the progression of an assignment





• Provide regular updates to the involved team members, clients, Director, and Partner





• Act as the ‘go to’ person for the client, to discuss any difficult or technical aspects of the assignment





• Allocate staff to assignments and establish their objectives





• Responsible for monitoring junior staff members





• Allocating staff to an assignment and establishing their objectives





• Attend face-to-face meetings with other advisors





• Project management- planning assignments- in terms of staffing, budgeting, and timetabling





• Dealing with larger and higher-risk assignments

Attributes

• Have a minimum of 5 years Corporate Finance experience





• ACA/ACCA qualified is preferred, but not essential





• Can evidence managing a team





• Be able to deliver high-quality reports to deadlines





• Support the professional and personal progression of junior members of staff





• Suggest practical and creative solutions to problems
