You will be managing a small team and be pivotal in the delivery of key departmental projects focused on providing service excellence. You will support our ambitious growth plans, onboarding new clients as they transition to Dains and lead your team to achieve their ambitions. You will have a selected client portfolio which allows you to build and maintain great relationships on the payrolls you deliver.





You will join a supportive and expanding department of fourteen, where there are genuine career opportunities available as well as structured personal development plans, to support your ambitions and personal goals.

Responsiblities:






  • You will be managing and mentoring your own team taking responsibility for developing, coaching, and leading




  • You will have a selected portfolio of clients to develop and support




  • You will lead and support with key departmental projects, delivering our ambitious growth plans




  • Onboard new clients, adding value to the client whilst ensuring a seamless transition to Dains




  • You will be the first point of escalation for client support and queries




  • Being the support to your team members to maintain excellent relationships with clients and the wider Dains payroll team





Attributes:






  • CIPP qualification is desirable




  • To have payroll bureau experience




  • You will be a confident and articulate communicator




  • You will have a supportive and encouraging management style




  • Able to demonstrate flexibility and an adaptable approach to clients' needs




  • You will be well organised and able to do multiple tasks and prioritise




  • Able to interrogate data and processes to deliver accurate results
