This newly created team administration position offers support to tax professionals, based at our Stoke-on-Trent office.

As the Tax Team Administrator, you will be instrumental in the delivery of the team’s success on a daily basis. You will form working relationships with underwriters, clients, internal team members and other teams such as marketing and business development.





As the Tax Team Administrator, you will be the main point of contact for all aspects of administration and support to the tax team and the group-wide support network.

Responsibilities






  • You will be the primary point of contact between Dains and the service underwriters




  • Have responsibility for data management, compliance management and documentation management




  • Monitor data accuracy and client management reporting




  • Manage market literature and subscription renewals for clients




  • Raise invoices and renewals for payment process management




  • Review new client set-up monthly and liaise with partners to assess the relevance of service and update data




  • Ensure updated materials are available to business development and partners for inclusion in client pitches/proposals




  • General support and administration support to the team and partners





Attributes






  • Confident with using software and systems operated by the company (eg CCH, WorkBooks CRM, DocuSign)




  • To have a good understanding of Outlook and any other MS Office packages, Word, Excel and PP




  • Have a confident, professional and diligent work ethic




  • Demonstrate a good level of previous administration experience, ideally within a professional environment




  • Have a good eye for detail and willingness to deliver quality and accurate work




  • Strong appreciation of customer service skills




  • Professional communication skills, able to communicate with colleagues and clients in person, by email, writing or telephone
