They work closely with other professional services firms to complete multi-million-pound deals. The team consists of talented individuals who work in our Birmingham and Derby offices.
In simple terms: they help people buy and sell businesses, and help businesses raise finance. People come to the team for high calibre propositions – and they deliver.
We’ve had a fantastic run of successes in the last five years, with some high-profile, award-winning deals ranging from £500,000 to £25m.

Confident in building relationships with lawyers, bankers, clients, and other external professionals.
Ability to perform risk analysis and understand complex financial data.
Able to compile accurate reports and manage project assignments to deadlines.
