Responsibilities






  • You will be responsible for group-wide co-ordination to integrate a smooth transition through the transformation and integration programme




  • You will understand and communicate clear project objectives and lead throughout the full project life cycle




  • You will define and implement structured programme governance including programme artefacts.




  • You will lead with confidence and conviction, and communicate in a clear, accurate and considerate manner




  • You will be responsible for attending and or leading stakeholder meetings to articulate project updates and potential concerns




  • You will lead business readiness and change management activities including impact assessment, readiness assessments and go/no-go





Attributes






  • Project management qualification preferred (e.g. Prince2, Agile, Scrum)




  • Strong change management experience




  • Experience leading multiple projects in a professional service environment




  • Contingency planning experience and confidence in managing the full project lifecycle




  • You will be experienced in stakeholder management




  • You will need to be naturally tenacious and diligent, with the confidence to deliver clear and accurate communication at all levels, with a measured approach




  • You will require a compassionate and understanding communication style and deliver quality results in line with Dains core values
