We are recruiting a Business Support Manager, to provide support and guidance to Dains multi-site support teams, across our midlands locations.

As Business Support Manager you will be at the heart of the support network, working alongside dedicated and talented professionals, passionate about providing the best administration and office support, to both clients and team members.

Responsibilities






  • You will be supporting and developing your team with personal development plans, appraisals and reviews




  •  As Business Support Manager you will be the support lead for all members of the support team, across all offices across the Midlands




  • You will lead your team with a professional and values-based approach with an encouraging and supportive manner




  • This role will require travel to various Dains offices, across the Midlands, so you must be confident with driving




  • You will be pivotal in supporting the wider Dains operational team to ensure operational effectiveness across Business Support, Facilities, Technology and Practice Assurance




  • You will implement best practice principles for communication, processes, effectiveness, and positive outcomes





Skills and Qualifications






  • CMI or ILM Management Qualification Level 7 preferred




  • To have an excellent understanding of Microsoft Word suite




  • Experience working within the professional services sector




  • Multi-site team leadership skills




  • Be confident with software and systems (e.g. CCH Central, Docusign)

  • You must be a proactive and forward-thinking individual who has a genuine passion for operational effectiveness




  • You will lead with a supportive and encouraging manner




  • Leadership and team management of a support function is essential




  • Have a full driving licence and access to a car
