Dains Talent Acquisition team is expanding and recruiting a proactive, motivated, and experienced recruiter to join our existing team to manage, drive and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions and service, across the Dains group.





As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage and lead the recruitment process from candidate engagement to offer, across various disciplines throughout the Dains group. You will also partner, and guide hiring managers along the way and ensure the best candidate experience is delivered with our values at the core of the process.

Responsibilities






  • You will build working relationships with hiring managers of all levels to understand team culture, dynamics and hiring needs




  • You will source, screen, and interview candidates to shortlist to hiring managers




  • You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate management, interview coordination and offer negotiations




  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing methods, networking and relationship-building




  • You will stay informed of market trends and best practice in recruitment to ensure a competitive advantage




  • You will attend career fairs, collaborate with the wider team, and share best practice





Attributes






  • You must be confident in managing the full 360, recruitment lifecycle independently, with limited supervision temp, perm or contract




  • You will have knowledge or experience in the professional services sector




  • Strong candidate sourcing techniques and interview skills




  • Excellent communication skills at all levels




  • Understand GDPR and compliance regulations




  • You must be confident in creating job descriptions and job adverts




  • You will be naturally proactive, and conscientious and take pride in your work




  • Have a professional, understanding, and approachable manner with colleagues and clients
